Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our client with daily administrative and personal tasks. 

  • The ideal candidate will be discreet, reliable, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency and confidentiality.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for personal and professional commitments

  • Organize travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation

  • Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times

  • Assist with email and phone communication, drafting correspondence as needed

  • Run errands and handle personal tasks (shopping, reservations, event planning, etc.)

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes

  • Manage household or office staff and service providers as required

  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and expense tracking



Requirements




  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/email management tools

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
