To provide technical support services for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and related equipment, while ensuring adherence to internal quality control standards.
Responsibilities
Participate in daily toolbox meetings to align team objectives and HSE protocols.
Perform assessment and routine inspections on facility generators, AVRs, UPS units, and other electrical infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and power system faults, including replacement of components such as capacitors, boards, and cables.
Conduct field visits to client sites for fault calls and inspections, documenting observations and taking corrective actions.
Ensure safety and proper configuration of electrical installations, including server rooms and office outlets.
Support infrastructure maintenance, such as power outlet installations and gate automation systems.
Communicate technical findings and service needs with internal teams and external clients.
Liaise with HR and administrative departments for official documentation and personal record updates.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, components used, and issues encountered.
Ensure appropriate power systems and solutions design with simplified drawings.
Service level agreement (SLA) implementation and monitoring.
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
