Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure a premium client experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed showroom targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and industry professionals.
- Lead and inspire the showroom sales team through performance monitoring, coaching, and feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, interior design trends, and competitor activity.
- Plan and execute showroom merchandising and promotional events.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with marketing to drive visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury furniture or interior design.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-end clientele.
- Passion for interior design and knowledge of luxury furniture brands.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and showroom sales reporting.
