Key Responsibilities




  • Set up and manage HR policies, procedures, and frameworks from scratch.

  • Provide strategic HR advisory to leadership and management.

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Support talent development, training, and succession planning.



Qualifications




  • 8+ years of hands-on HR experience, including HR advisory and system setup.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR operations, and policy development.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.

  • PHRI certification or equivalent is preferred.
