Key Responsibilities

• Medical Care: Provide medical care and treatment to employees, including first aid, wound care, and medication administration.


• Health Assessments: Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.


• Injury Management: Manage work-related injuries, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up care.


• Health Promotion: Promote health and wellness among employees, including health education and prevention programs.


• Collaboration: Work closely with site management, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective health and safety practices.


• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.


• Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies, providing timely and effective care.

Qualifications & Experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational health, emergency nursing, or a related field.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., Occupational Health Nursing, First Aid, CPR) an advantage.


• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, including wound care, medication administration, and emergency response.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
