Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic project management leadership and guidance on all technical, engineering, and development matters.
- Lead the development of work packages based on preferred development and contracting strategy as well as lead the selection and supervision of pre-development, EPC, and non-EPC contractors.
- Manage and integrate project timelines across the LNG plant, gas supply pipeline and LNG delivery virtual pipeline facility, to ensure synergy and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, environmental experts, permitting specialists, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
- Develop and oversee project documentation, including feasibility reports, preliminary designs, execution roadmaps, risk registers, and stakeholder maps.
- Provide interface management among multiple work streams (engineering, permitting, commercial, etc.).
- Facilitate value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk analysis.
- Advise Executive management on key project decisions, budgeting, and timelines.
- Establish a project control framework including scope, time, cost, and quality management systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical, gas processing specialization is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in gas processing or a related industry.
- The ideal candidate should possess a robust academic and professional background in Gas Processing Engineering, along with extensive experience managing large-scale energy infrastructure programs from pre-development to execution planning and implementation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
