Job Description
We are looking for an agile Corporate Sales / Account Manager with strong B2B and B2C acumen to drive sales growth and manage key client relationships in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain corporate (B2B) and retail (B2C) clients.
- Identify business opportunities and present tailored product or service solutions.
- Lead presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with decision-makers in businesses and institutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of key accounts, building long-term relationships based on trust and service excellence.
- Anticipate client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions (vehicles, equipment or services).
- Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build strong rapport with clients by demonstrating active listening, and communicating effectively.
- Navigate complex conversations and objections with empathy and strategic insight.
- Foster an environment of mutual respect, collaboration, and integrity in all client interactions.
- Track performance metrics, pipeline status, and client feedback using CRM and reporting tools.
- Provide management with regular updates on sales activities, targets, and opportunities.
- Analyze market and customer data to identify trends and refine sales strategies.
- Stay current with market trends, product developments, competitor activity, and industry regulations.
- Provide input to product development, marketing, and pricing strategies based on client insights.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4–8 years of proven success in a corporate sales, key account, or client relationship role.
- Experience in manufacturing, fleet solutions, or automotive retail/wholesale preferred.
- Strong B2B and B2C sales expertise.
- Active listening skills, and ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- CRM proficiency and solid command of Microsoft Office tools.
