Job Description






Your goals will include, among others, developing and executing a procurement strategy that ensures cost-effectiveness, quality assurance, and timely availability of goods and services across the organization. You will oversee both local and strategic sourcing for retail operations, infrastructure projects, and corporate requirements while ensuring adherence to company policy and regulatory standards. In this role, you will be responsible for supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, purchase planning, and continuous improvement of the procurement lifecycle.



Requirements




  • Minimum of a first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any related discipline.

  • 6 – 8 years of previous experience in a similar role

  • Proven track record in leading or setting up a procurement team and leading cross-functional projects.

  • Credible experience across the procurement and supply value-chains.

  • Knowledge of import processes

  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets.

  • Expert knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Knowledge of modern ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
