  • Define and implement corporate sales strategy, establish marketing goals, monitor business results/metrics and adapt sales strategies and tactics accordingly

  • Find and attract new profitable corporate business

  • Research new clients/events to boost revenue streams

  • Ability to create content and work with different Social media platforms and software tools

  • Pro-actively seek out new business opportunities both offline and online and obtain feedback from present customers.

  • Pay courtesy visits to targeted potential clients

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with old and new customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

  • Monitor and improve our conversion rates

  • Train newly recruited sales staff

  • Prepare end-of-day sales reports

  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts, reports and suggest improvements.

  • Sort out customer complaints with regards to sales and services

  • Draw up budgets and analyze sales statistics for all marketing channels

  • Observe customer preference to determine the focus of sales effort

  • Predict sales and determine the profitability of projects and services

  • Create and communicate sales goals and monitoring the progress of those goals.

  • Supervise customer service team to ensure they handle customers well and ensure they comply with company policies and procedures.



Requirements




  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales/marketing/revenue/customer service position.

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a bakery or cake company is an added advantage

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and customer service software.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products

  • Should be willing to work with us long term.

  • Must have strong organization skills, excellent problem solving and decision making skills

  • Working hours-8am-5.30pm

  • Should be able to work on some Sundays and public holidays



Must live around Ikeja or its environment.
