Job Description







  • The ideal candidate should have experience working within an hospitality environment/ related role; as well as be able to handle basic accounting functions. 



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures

  • Manage inventory accounting for food and beverage supplies

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding of new hires

  • Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Support employee performance reviews, training schedules, and retention initiatives

  • Address employee relations and provide support for workplace issues



Qualification:




  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within the hospitality industry

  • Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and payroll systems

  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
