The ideal candidate should have experience working within an hospitality environment/ related role; as well as be able to handle basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures
Manage inventory accounting for food and beverage supplies
Handle recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies
Support employee performance reviews, training schedules, and retention initiatives
Address employee relations and provide support for workplace issues
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within the hospitality industry
Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and payroll systems
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
