Requirements




  • Education: B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Economics, Library & Information Science, Social Sciences or related fields

  • Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in a document control and administrative role.

  • Experience in a structured organization with ISO standards (QMS) is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent document management and organizational skills.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

  • Good time management and ability to multitask.

  • Basic understanding of auditing and compliance procedures.

  • High sense of responsibility and integrity.

  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve processes.
