About the Job

• Agrogrid is on a mission to simplify food access by connecting buyers directly with farmers.


• As we grow across Nigeria, we’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Operations Manager to join our team in Lagos.

Your Role

• You’ll lead the end-to-end coordination of farm produce logistics and ensure smooth, cost-effective delivery operations across regions.


• This is a core role that bridges strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee and improve our nationwide logistics processes


• Manage and coordinate state-level farmer reps


• Handle incoming orders and delivery operations to Lagos


• Work closely with our tech, customer success, and marketing teams


• Drive efficiency, speed, and reliability at every step

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in agriculture, logistics, or supply chain


• Based in Lagos (and very familiar with local dynamics)


• Excellent at problem-solving and team leadership


• Someone who understands how to navigate Nigeria’s food systems


• Bonus: Has experience working with smallholder farmers or FMCG supply chains
