Description and Role Objectives




  • To support the client’s business development and growth objectives, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Property Consultant to focus on driving property sales, engaging potential clients, and promoting the client's brand. 

  • The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the client and potential buyers, providing professional advice and support throughout the sales cycle.



Job Responsibilities

Property Sales & Marketing:




  • Generate and convert leads through cold calls, social media, site tours, and client meetings.

  • Conduct property tours and site inspections for clients, answering all inquiries professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and payment plans of various properties.

  • Negotiate and close property sales under the guidance of the Senior property consultant.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Maintain a client database and track interactions for continuous engagement.



Brand Promotion & Visibility:




  • Represent the real estate client at exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.

  • Leverage digital platforms, including social media, to increase visibility of the client’s offerings.

  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.



Required Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience:




  • Academic qualifications: HND/BSC in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Estate management or other relevant disciplines.

  • Professional experience: 0- 2 years' experience in customer service, real estate sales, business development, or related roles.



Core Competencies:




  • Deep commitment to Client’s mission and values, demonstrating alignment with its vision and objectives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive mindset

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Passion for real estate and property development.

  • Must be resident in Abuja.






Compensation

The compensation package for this position is competitive and includes commission on property sales, alongside a base salary and performance incentives.
