Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HR consulting space through market research, networking, and lead generation.


• Promote and position our HR solutions—including recruitment, training, HR advisory, and organizational development—to prospective clients.


• Build strong, consultative relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and C-level executives.


• Understand client pain points and tailor service offerings to meet their strategic workforce needs.


• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts.


• Work closely with HR consultants and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.


• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.


• Track sales activity and maintain accurate client records using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree with 3 - 6 years work experience.
