Responsibilities
Compensation:
- Support the development, implementation, and administration of base pay structures, salary surveys, and incentive programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Assist in annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
- Provide guidance on salary offers and compensation-related queries.
Benefits:
- Manage day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs).
- Liaise with benefits providers to resolve employee issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in benefits enrollment, renewals, and communication initiatives.
- Analyze benefit plan performance and suggest improvements to enhance employee value and cost-effectiveness.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
- Support audits and regulatory filings as needed.
Stakeholder Support & Communication:
- Partner with HR Business Partners and line managers to provide expert advice on total rewards matters.
- Support the development of communication materials to educate employees on compensation and benefit programs.
- Train and mentor junior team members where applicable.
