Responsibilities




  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control.

  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate all food preparation and presentation.

  • Plan and prepare a diverse, high-quality menu in line with our restaurant's style. 

  • Ensure all meals are made to standard, timely, and in a clean, safe kitchen environment.

  • Innovate new dishes and seasonal specials to attract and retain customers.

  • Uphold hygiene and food safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with management on menu development and promotions.



Requirements




  • Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or lounge setting.

  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Mininum SSSCE degree is allowed.

  • Deep knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

  • Creative flair with a passion for food presentation and taste.

  • Applicants must be flexible enough on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proximity to job location is compulsory.
