Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.


• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.


• Provide information about store promotions, loyalty programs, or product locations


• Maintain an accurate cash register, ensuring sufficient change is available.


• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.


• Report any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors


• Follow company policies and procedures for transactions and returns.


• Report suspicious activities or potential theft to security or management.

Requirements

• OND/BSc/HND in any disclipine


• 0-1 year of experience in any field


• Willingness to work rotational shift(morning/afternoon/weekends/public holidays)


• Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills.
