- We are looking for a smart and resourceful Human Resources Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment, and overseeing learning and development initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate and manage training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with the labour laws and internal HR policies
- Conduct performance appraisals and support employee performance management systems
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A good University degree.
- A bachelor’s degree in law or engineering is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
