About the job

• We are looking for a smart and resourceful Human Resources Officer to join our team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment, and overseeing learning and development initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures


• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes


• Maintain employee records and HR documentation


• Coordinate and manage training and development programs


• Ensure compliance with the labour laws and internal HR policies


• Conduct performance appraisals and support employee performance management systems

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A good University degree.


• A bachelor’s degree in law or engineering is an added advantage


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices


• Professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
