Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage the production line from raw materials to finished products, ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines and other regulatory standards.


• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, testing, and validation of equipment, processes, and products to maintain established quality standards.


• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the production team to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.


• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records and inventory management.


• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to safety, security, and environmental regulations.


• Staff Training and Supervision: Provide training and support to production staff on pharmaceutical processes, safety protocols, and best practices.


• Problem-Solving: Address any production-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.


• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist in managing raw materials, and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.


• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the quality assurance team to investigate and resolve product quality issues.

Requirements

• The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 0 - 2 years work experience.
