Role Overview




  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client relationships and professional garment solutions.

  • This role involves client acquisition, lead generation, and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive sales and achieve set targets through excellent customer service.

  • Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with inquiries.

  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness.

  • Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and process replenishments.

  • Accurately process sales transactions and operate the POS system.

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development

  • Must have B2B Sales knowledge

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership and target-driven mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
