Role Overview
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client relationships and professional garment solutions.
- This role involves client acquisition, lead generation, and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve set targets through excellent customer service.
- Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with inquiries.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and process replenishments.
- Accurately process sales transactions and operate the POS system.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development
- Must have B2B Sales knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and target-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly Net Salary: N170,000 / month.
