  • We are looking for a Community Fellowship and Outreach Officer (CFO) to lead outreach efforts and assist with church administration. The role involves organizing fellowship activities, managing evangelism outreach, and supporting church operations.



Responsibilities




  • Organize and facilitate community church services, small group meetings, and prayer sessions to encourage spiritual growth and foster deeper connections within the community.

  • Develop and manage outreach programs aimed at engaging the local community, attracting new members, and providing resources to those in need.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for both church activities and outreach initiatives, ensuring events run smoothly and effectively.

  • Assist the church leadership in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating church programs, and overseeing church records and documentation.

  • Build relationships with local organizations, residents, and leaders to foster collaboration and improve community outreach efforts.

  • Plan and execute special events, community service projects, and outreach campaigns in line with the church’s vision and mission.

  • Handle church communications, maintain accurate membership records, assist with financial reporting, and ensure that church administrative systems are running efficiently.

  • Track the success of outreach and fellowship programs, gathering feedback to improve future efforts.

  • Including payroll administration, Dropbox management, Telephone follow-up, and staff management

  • Any other role as assigned by your superior officer or the Senior Pastor.



Requirements




  • OND / HND / Degree in any field

  • Must be a born-again believer with a strong passion for evangelism and discipleship.

  • Must not be more than 30 years old.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to mobilize and establish fellowship groups.

  • A heart for serving the community and expanding God’s kingdom.
