Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented IT/Systems Administrator to support our digital tools and field operations during a high-impact project.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor digital platforms used by field teams and escalate issues as needed


• Manage user accounts, access, and routine system maintenance


• Liaise with software vendors to resolve technical issues


• Provide hands-on tech support and basic digital training to staff


• Ensure data integrity, backups, and system compliance.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in a relevant field.


• Strong skills in Excel and system troubleshooting
