Position Overview




  • We are looking for a qualified Site Engineer to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. 

  • The ideal candidate will ensure projects are built according to specifications, schedules, and safety standards while coordinating with various stakeholders and managing on-site operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and building codes

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and project managers

  • Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, daily logs, and technical documentation

  • Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

  • Manage material deliveries, equipment allocation, and resource scheduling

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

  • Identify and resolve technical issues and construction challenges

  • Conduct measurements, surveys, and setting out of construction work

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required

  • Supervise construction teams and provide technical guidance

  • Monitor project budgets and control costs within approved limits.



Required Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field

  • Professional engineering license or eligibility for licensure

  • 3-5 years of construction site experience

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

  • Proficiency in construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar)

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple sites.
