Job Summary

• We're seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations in the hotel, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process guest transactions, including room charges and payments. Ensure accurate posting of transactions to guest accounts.


• Prepare and review nightly reports, including revenue reports and occupancy statistics. Reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy.


• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service to guests.


• Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues.


• Ensure hotel systems, including PMS and accounting software, are functioning correctly.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc Degree with experience in hospitality, accounting, or a related field.


• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.


• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic knowledge of hotel management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hotel PMS (Property Management System).


• Basic accounting knowledge.
