Job Responsibilities




  • Manage incoming phone calls and messages.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Confirm laundries and inspect the quality of wash and fold, wash and iron and drycleaning.



Requirements




  • OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.

  • Minium of 1 year experience as a customer representative or any related role.

  • Experience working in a laundary company or hospitality sector is an added advantage.

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
