Job Summary




  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Admin Officer to support our procurement team in handling administrative tasks, supplier coordination, documentation, and order processing. 

  • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations while adhering to company policies and timelines.



Key Responsibilities




  • Support the procurement team in processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and suppliers.

  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Assist with vendor onboarding, contract documentation, and compliance checks.

  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.

  • Maintain procurement files and databases.



Requirements




  • B.Sc Degree / HND in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
