We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Transport/Fleet officer with 3-4 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation, fuel, and vehicle maintenance. This role requires strong logistical planning skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 

• At least 3 years of experience in Transport/Fleet management


• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.


• Proven track record of improving logistics operations, reducing costs


• Process vehicle maintenance and efficient record keeping.


• Implement operational standards on vehicles


• Oversee training and induction of new drivers, and allocation of vehicles for official duties


• Coordinate vehicle repairs and routine service


• Keep logistics record( fuel, repairs, car service routine, etc.)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,


• Proficiency in logistics software, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.


• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


• Ensure compliance: Maintain regulatory compliance, including customs clearance and transportation regulations
