Roles and Responsibilities




  • Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients

  • Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses

  • Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships

  • Meeting or Exceeding sales goals

  • Negotiating contracts with potential clients

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports based on the assigned tasks and duties

  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients

  • Co-ordinating sales efforts with marketing programs

  • come up with innovative ideas stemmed from significant behavioural patterns and conversations with prospective clients

  • Understand and promote the company's ideas

  • Properly maintain client records

  • Answer client’s inquiries and direct them to the proper channel about products, prices and availability.



Job Qualifications / Skills




  • Candidate with Bachelor’s Degree to work in a logistics sales position.

  • 3 - 5 years experience in logistics, sales, or a related field required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.

  • Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices.

  • Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Possess a strong track record for delivering successful sales experience in personal selling, telephone sales, and customer service.

  • Knowledge: Transportation brokerage/sales experience, marketing multipart logistical solutions to a wide range of clients.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes.
