• We are currently sourcing for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.

We would like to get your application if you can:

• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues


• Monitor all operations that affect quality


• Participate in team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.


• Track and manage defects using tracking tools (Monday)


• Work closely with software developers and Product managers to understand system requirements.


• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output


• Appraise clients’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied


• Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action


• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data


• Prepare quality reports and keep record of test progress, test results, statistical reviews and other relevant metrics.


• Participate in QA process reviews and contribute to the development of QA standards and procedures.


• Ensure all legal standards are met

We are looking out for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent


• 2 years work-experience as a quality assurance analyst or relevant role


• A thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards


• An excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods


• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases


• Outstanding communication skills


• Great attention to detail and a results driven approach


• Excellent organizational skills


• Good team player
