Job Description







  • We are looking for a Partnership Lead to identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships that enable indirect distribution of SCALE services through B2B2C channels. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives at the intersection of strategy, relationship management, and ecosystem development.



Key Responsibilities



Partnership Strategy & Development




  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential ecosystem partners including aggregators, fleet depots, fueling stations, banks, insurance providers, and OEMs.

  • Develop partnership frameworks that enable bundled, co-branded, or white-labeled service offerings.



Partner Onboarding & Enablement




  • Lead negotiations, contract execution, and onboarding processes for new partners.

  • Design and implement tailored partner playbooks by service vertical (e.g., maintenance, credit, insurance).

  • Facilitate training and certification of partner teams to maintain brand and service standards.



Distribution & Integration




  • Oversee product/API integration or design offline fulfillment workflows.

  • Coordinate technical, operational, and marketing collaboration between Renda and its partners.

  • Ensure successful rollout of SCALE services across partner infrastructure and customer bases.



Partner Activation & Growth




  • Co-create go-to-market campaigns to drive end-user service adoption via partner networks.

  • Monitor partner engagement, adoption rates, and support needs to maximize channel performance.

  • Identify and implement growth opportunities through cross-sells, up-sells, or expanded distribution.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




  • Number of active, revenue-generating B2B2C partners onboarded

  • Percentage of SCALE customers acquired via partner channels

  • Monthly service adoption through B2B2C partners



Average Revenue Per Partner (ARPP)




  • Partner satisfaction score

  • Partner-led customer NPS or churn rate



Key Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy roles

  • Experience working in tech-enabled service industries, especially logistics, mobility, or fintech

  • Proven track record of structuring and scaling B2B2C partnerships

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, legal, marketing, and operations teams

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate partner performance and channel ROI
