- Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.
- Create, implement and monitor compelling content / digital marketing strategy for the company.
- Build online authority and increase lead conversion for the companies in the Group
- Identify trends and insight and implement same on all digital marketing channels including email marketing
- Effectively use all digital marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display ads to boost brand exposure.
- Increase organic traffic to the website through SEO and social media channels, retrieve applicant CVs from the website and forward them to the HRM
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess it against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Retrieve applicant CVs from the website and forward them to the HRM
- Prompt response to comments, inquiries, and feedback on all social media platforms
- Ensure constant compliance with the Quality Management System of the company.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or any relevant qualification
- 5 or more years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Requirements:
- Experience executing social media campaigns
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
- Incredible attention to detail
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
