Job Description

• Ensure compliance with Client Requirements through the application of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Management Systems and Procedures for Internal and External Control.


• Ensure that the customer satisfaction process is in place and ensure that the analysis is carried out as when due.


• Carry out periodic audits and ensure that all NCs identified are properly closed out and records available on request either by the company, by clients, or by the third party


• Plan and execute quality management review meeting and ensures minutes are documented and submitted to the GM


• Ensure that quality awareness training is conducted as when due.


• Plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs designed to ensure consistency with established standards.


• Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with operation procedures in cooperation with other managers and Coordinators to maximize service reliability.


• Liaise with the consultant on the quality matters

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in any discipline


• 5 or more years of experience in QHSE roles

Requirements:

• Competent in documentation


• Process internal or Lead Auditor Certification


• Conversant with ISO 9001:45001 & 14001 standards


• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
