• We seek an experienced Sales Representative to join RETAIL STORE team. 


• The success in this position is to be able to sell to earn your monthly remuneration and extra bonuses on targets.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to all customers enquiries.


• Process customer's orders to completion and provide necessary follow-ups.


• Demonstrating and presenting products to customers.


• Identify and secure business opportunities for the retail outlet assigned to.


• Ensure proper and up-to-date record-keeping of the products in the outlet.


• Establish customer needs and sell desired products accordingly.


• Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after-sales services to maintain and retain customers.


• Achieve sales targets.


• Adhere to the company's compliance policies and standard business relationship ethics.


• Leadership ability and competence.


• Integrity

Requirements:

• BSc in any related discipline 


• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketer work experience in retail or a similar industry.


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).


• Excellent skills in sales and digital marketing.


• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills


• strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills


• Excellent product knowledge.
