We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef with a specialization in English Desserts and ability to create high-quality, delicious desserts.
You should be passionate about baking and be inspired to create masterpieces that go beyond our customers’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Crafting delicious desserts and confectionery (e.g., scones, crumbles, pies, puddings, and other classic treats); ensure all desserts are prepared according to specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency; assist in managing pastry kitchen operations and; monitor the quality and presentation of all desserts.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma (a Culinary Arts Certificate is an added advantage).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Food safety certification and other relevant culinary certifications.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information:
We are looking for high flyers with a proactive and results-oriented approach together with a strong work ethic.
They must be self-motivated and disciplined and be able to work with little or no supervision.
All applicants shouldalso possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N200,000 - N270,000 per month (plus target allowance).
