  • Our client seeks to hire a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive sales through both fieldand digital marketing strategies.

  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns, build brand awareness, and generate leads for our renewable energy solutions.

  • This role requires expertise in both offline and online marketing techniques to effectively engage customers and drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Analyse customer needs and preferences to develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to qualify prospects and schedule meetings Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales revenue

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business requirements and offering tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and search engines to generate leads and sales.

  • Utilize SEO, Google Ads, and PPC strategies to enhance online visibility and attract potential customers.

  • Track and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

  • Plan and execute offline marketing strategies, direct mail, flyers, and brochures.

  • Conduct field marketing campaigns, including door-to-door sales, presentations, and in-person customer engagement.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through both online and offline channels.

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable renewable energy solutions.

  • Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, convert leads into actual sales.and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to increase brand awareness.



Requirements




  • Educational background: SSCE, OND, NCE

  • Proven experience in both traditional and digital marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.

  • Willingness to engage in field marketing activities and attend industry events.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing skills is a plus.
