Job Purpose




  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

  • Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles

  • Helping line managers deal with organisational, people, and change-related issues



Roles and Responsibilities




  • Implement effective recruitment and selection programmes that are cost-effective

  • Ensure Adherence to Occupational Health and Safety

  • Community relations and Liaison

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

  • Liaise and provide advisory to the HOBs, interact with Internal departments and Internal operations to ensure business continuity and result

  • Management of Talent within the system

  • Management of Induction programs

  • Ensure all employees participate in the mid/end of the year appraisal

  • Give feedback after the recruitment process

  • Organized training for natnudO staff members

  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

  • Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management

  • Ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future



Educational Qualification




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organisational Development is an added advantage.

  • Professional HR certification, CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities to completion with tight timelines

  • Business planning and analysis
