Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting


• Assist in resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues


• Provide first-level support to users and respond to help desk requests.


• Hardware & Software Support*


• Help with the installation and setup of computers, printers, and IT equipment.


• Support software updates and basic configurations.


• Network Assistance


• Assist in monitoring internet connectivity and basic network setups.


• Learn and support the use of routers, switches, and VPNs.


• IT Security & Compliance


• Follow IT policies and support data backup routines.


• Learn to assist in enforcing IT security measures.


• Documentation & Learning


• Maintain records of support activities and IT assets


• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.


• Team Collaboration


• Work closely with other departments to understand and support their IT needs.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 1 - 2 years work experience


• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and networking.


• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.


• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.


• Previous internship or NYSC experience in IT support (an added advantage, not mandatory).
