We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Graduate Trainee to join our Human Resources team. will assist with various HR functions, including employee onboarding, documentation, HR compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
