- Act as a first point of contact for callers, deal with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their Boss' attention
- Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments,control access to the manager / executive
- Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
- Organise events and conferences
- Remind of important tasks and deadlines
- Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Manage databases and filing systems
- Implement and maintain procedures / administrative systems
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collate and file expenses
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the Boss which will vary.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
