  • Act as a first point of contact for callers, deal with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their Boss' attention

  • Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments,control access to the manager / executive

  • Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation

  • Organise events and conferences

  • Remind of important tasks and deadlines

  • Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence

  • Manage databases and filing systems

  • Implement and maintain procedures / administrative systems

  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients

  • Collate and file expenses

  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the Boss which will vary.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.


Salary

N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
