Responsibilities
Onboarding:
- Ensure all employee profiles are created, and fully onboarded on the company’s Employee Management Software. Also, ensure that all correct documents are fully uploaded.
- Ensure that appropriate offer letters are generated in line with the SLA with respective client
Employee Relationship Management:
- Maintain an up to date database of all employees
- Attend to all employees’ enquiries, calls, mails on loans, vacations, offer letters.
- Manage employees’ relations bothering on deployment, compensation, disciplinary action, conflict resolution and interpretation/application of policies and procedures.
- Plan and facilitate periodic village meetings with employees.
- Manage the official WhatsApp groups with proper engagement of staff.
- Conduct periodic feedback survey on the quality of the company’s service to outsourced employees.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage clients’ audit enquiry, query, and periodic assessment.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly activity report of activities.
Performance Management:
- Conduct performance appraisals exercise for outsourced staff.
- Negotiate with clients on appraisal outcomes and rewards.
- Prepare training needs and schedule training for outsourced employees.
Payroll Processing:
- Ensure submission of accurate salary variations promptly every month
- Ensure reconciliation of monthly invoice information with payroll variation information and submit to Finance for invoicing to client.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 7 years work experience.
