Job Summary

• As a Strategy & Business Analyst, you'll work on transformative projects across industries and governments. You’ll support clients with rigorous research, financial analysis, and structured strategies that fuel sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth business, market, and policy research.


• Build strategic frameworks and implementation roadmaps.


• Develop financial models and investment/business cases.


• Translate data and insights into compelling presentations and reports.


• Collaborate with consultants to solve high-impact client challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess a Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline with 1 - 3 years work experience. 


• Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required).


• Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving abilities.


• A passion for Africa’s transformation and sustainable development.


• Prior consulting or strategy experience is highly preferred.
