Role Summary




  • We are looking for an analytical, creative, and results-driven Senior Digital Marketer (PPC Specialist) to lead and manage our performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.

  • This individual must have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and conversions in luxury, finance, or high-value B2C environments.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and execute PPC strategies across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, and luxury ad networks.

  • Plan, set up, optimize, and manage campaigns for lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis tailored to high-net-worth users.

  • Build custom funnels and conversion journeys for different client segments (Luxury Sellers, Buyers, and Investors).

  • Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score, etc.

  • Manage monthly ad budgets (across different geographies) and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver luxury-aligned ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

  • Run A/B tests to optimize ads, landing pages, and user experience.

  • Recommend and implement automation tools and AI integrations to improve efficiency.

  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and compliance policies.



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years experience in PPC/performance marketing, preferably in luxury, fintech, or e-commerce.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking platforms.

  • Proven track record of driving high-conversion campaigns with clear ROAS benchmarks.

  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, UTM tracking, and pixel management.

  • Experience working with CRM systems, funnel building tools, and email retargeting platforms.

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

  • ]Understanding of the luxury consumer mindset and how to create targeted campaigns that speak to wealth, trust, and exclusivity.

  • Google Ads and Meta Certifications are a plus.



Preferred (Bonus) Experience:




  • Experience marketing to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).

  • Familiarity with luxury product categories: watches, bags, cars, art, or rare collectibles.

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced digital agency environment.
