Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement:




  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base.



Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Product Knowledge and Sales Presentations:




  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.



Negotiation and Closing Deals:




  • Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Close sales deals and secure contracts with new and existing clients.



Sales Reporting and Forecasting:




  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed.



Market Analysis:




  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.



Collaboration:




  • Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Participate in team meetings and share insights and best practices.



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
