Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Qualify leads and convert them into potential customers.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Product Knowledge and Sales Presentations:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and secure contracts with new and existing clients.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights and best practices.
Requirements
