Key Responsibilities

Business Development:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new projects, partnerships, and clients.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.



Relationship Building




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, developers, and industry partners.

  • Network and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.



Sales and Revenue Growth




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).



Market Analysis




  • Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to identify potential business opportunities.

  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform business decisions.



Collaboration:




  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Collaborate with external partners, including property developers, agents, and consultants.



Requirements

Education:




  • Candidates should possess HND qualification.



Experience:




  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the real estate industry.



Skills:




  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Knowledge:




  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends and regulations.

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and techniques.
