Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new projects, partnerships, and clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, developers, and industry partners.
- Network and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Market Analysis
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to identify potential business opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform business decisions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Collaborate with external partners, including property developers, agents, and consultants.
Requirements
Education:
- Candidates should possess HND qualification.
Experience:
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the real estate industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends and regulations.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and techniques.
