Key Responsibilities
Perform Welding Tasks: Weld metal components using appropriate techniques based on project or repair requirements.
Read Blueprints & Drawings: Interpret welding symbols and engineering drawings to determine welding specifications.
Prepare Materials & Equipment: Set up tools, clean and align metal parts, and select proper welding equipment and consumables.
Inspect & Test Welds: Check welded joints for strength and accuracy; identify and fix defects if needed.
Follow Safety Standards: Use protective gear and adhere to safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 10 years work experience.
