Job Description

• The Production Pharmacist oversees and ensures the smooth operation of pharmaceutical production processes, guaranteeing that all products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.


• The role involves supervising production staff, coordinating with quality control, reviewing batch documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP and company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Production Activities: Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.


• Review Batch Documentation: Verify batch production records and ensure accurate documentation as per regulatory requirements.


• Ensure GMP Compliance: Monitor adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company SOPs across the production line.


• Coordinate with QC and QA: Collaborate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams to resolve production issues and ensure product quality.


• Train and Guide Staff: Provide training and supervision to production personnel on processes, safety, and compliance.
