REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/ HND Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field. 


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail banking, deposit mobilization, or sales.


• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals


• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.


•  Source and acquire new retail customers to grow the deposit portfolio.


• Promote and sell savings, and fixed deposit products to individuals and SMEs.


• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance the bank’s deposit products.


• Organize promotional activities, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness and deposits.


• Provide regular reports on deposit mobilization performance and suggest improvements.
