OFFICE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sorting and sending mail, SMS, and direct messages
- Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items
- Onboarding and Vendors, maintaining customers’ records, and other administrative support tasks
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a minimum of SSCE/OND (MALE ONLY)
- A year of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in customer care service
- Must live within the Ajah axis
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Paying attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
