Our client is seeking passionate Customer Service Representative to join our perfume and skincare boutique.



The ideal role holder will serve as the key liaison between the brand and our clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, building brand loyalty, and supporting personalized service across various channels. 



Job Responsibilities:




  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, offering personalized product recommendations based on preferences and purchase history.

  • Provide expert knowledge on perfumes, body oils, and skincare products to assist customers in-store, via phone, or online.

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote products, share tips, and connect with customers online.

  •  Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales through CRM systems or store logs.

  • Follow up with client’s post-purchase to ensure product satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  •  Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify customer trends and support promotional efforts.



 



Person Specification




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).

  •  Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail or beauty industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of perfumes, fragrance notes, and skincare products is a plus.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

  • A passion for luxury service and customer satisfaction.
