- Accurate analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Ensure the online process meets the required specification before release.
- Preparation and standardization of laboratory reagents and chemicals.
- Routine calibration of laboratory equipment and maintenance.
- Develop, and review test methods and operational SOP.
- Ensure proper documentation of laboratory operations.
- Ensure proper dispensing in the compounding area and preparing of monthly variance reports.
- Assist in the implementation of ISO 9001-2015, GLP, etc.
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Assist the quality assurance manager in product/material release.
